This restaurant is part of the world famous Teatro Bellini. The original theatre it was built to host many of the international performances has now been converted into a high quality restaurant and hotel, complete with its own IMAX cinema on the top floor. customers can choose from a range of modern Italian cuisine, at prices that are very reasonable. This is a must visit if you are staying in one of the central Rome hotels around the Castello or for those staying in the round, at the ViaPaperia.
Trattoria Da Danilo
This has to be one of the best restaurants in the city. Danilo is one of the most famous and fabulous castellanos. The decor is luxurious, warm and inviting and the food served is to die for. If you are staying in one of the central Rome hotels around the Castello, you will probably come here for lunch or dinner.
